Right from our initial consultation at this home, it was hard to ignore the incredibly detailed 12ft ceilings. We knew we wanted to raise the bar (Carr) and really highlight this feature by adding in custom drapery to elevate the space and change the original teal blue wall colour to a classic bright white. By painting the formal living and dining room it also allowed all the new furniture pieces to be the centre of attention rather than the wall colour itself. The original theme of this home had a coastal appeal, which we wanted to maintain some of this detail throughout while incorporating the signature laid back living approach that CTI is known for. By working with the blue tile flooring and woven textures it really completed this home from top to bottom. The relaxing and luxurious primary bedroom was layered with lots of texture and thoughtful bedding to relax after a long days work.
