    Our home furnishing packages include vision boards for inspiration and concept presentations, furniture plans, fabric selections, incorporating your unique pieces into your decor, paint and wallpaper selection, custom window coverings, artwork and much more. Our full-service interior decorating also includes placing the orders, deliveries, warehousing, and installation. And for a final touch, we will stage all of your decor to finalize your personalized look.

    Let's Get Started Intake Questionnaire
    Information Gathering

     

    Each project begins with our questionnaire which we kindly ask to give as many details on your project as possible. This includes existing photos or plans if you have them, and inspiration photos of what you might be looking for. This process is very important in determining if we are a good fit for your project.

    Once our design team receives all the info about your space, we will schedule a consultation to meet with you onsite at your location / project to learn more about you + your personal style. Following the consultation, your design team will send you a proposal outlining services fees, deliverables, and an estimated timeline.

    Time to Design Now the fun can begin
    Interior Design & Decorating Services

     

    We will work on curating a personalized design concept for your space as outlined in your proposal as well as provide you with an article sheet to review all the recommended products and specs with ease. We take the guesswork out of specific design and decor elements for you as well by providing key considerations when transforming your space. These same plans can be used to communicate with any contractors or builders on your project as well.

    Design Presentation Visualize how your space(s) will come together
    Digital + Physical Assets

     

    Our full-service interior design and decorating packages include a digital display of your design concepts allowing you to be able to visualize how the space(s) will come together. In addition we will provide physical samples of finishes (i.e. rugs, hard finishes, paint, etc.) 

    It will include any on-site visitations to suppliers, or showrooms/stores if stated in your project proposal.

    Each project is unique and can be tailored to your specific needs which we can discuss on a more personal level at the start of your project. If needed, we can tailor our services to include the ordering of materials needed for the project.

    We work closely with the team of contractors for any new construction or renovation needs, and can provide additional contact information for any scope of work that might be needed.

    During the time of presentation, we want to assure our visions are aligned and therefore request all feedback to be shared at this time.

    This will allow our design team to make any necessary changes to any of the suggested elements/samples for our final phases of the project. After all parties have reviewed and agreed on the concepts, the ordering/scheduling process will begin.

    Installation Install day is the best day!
    On-Site Installs with our Team

     

    After a few months of anticipation while waiting for the goods and any possible construction we will schedule on site installs with our team. If any of our suggested trades are required on this install, additional fees will apply. This may require a few days to make sure every detail is perfect to the final touch. If renovation is necessary, this would be the final touches after all elements with the contractors have been completed.

    Staging & Photos Fluff Day
    Capturing the Final Results

     

    During the time of installation, decor and staging is a key component of the completed design. Our design team will come in and implement all staging elements which we like to call a “Fluff Day”. At this stage of the project we will book our media team to capture the final result of the project that we will display in our portfolio / website. Media release form required for approval.

    Interior Project Deliverables

    Basic General Floor Plan:

    Deliberating on every dimension, we’ll craft a floor plan that showcases our furniture recommendations for each designated area. Before making any final orders, we’ll meticulously chart out the precise placement of all suggested elements on-site, ensuring your peace of mind and confidence in the layout.

    Digital Mock-ups of Each Space:

    Every room we outline will feature a comprehensive vision board, showcasing all decorative, furnishing elements, and hard finishes. This visual representation provides a clearer and more comprehensive view of the overall design direction.

    Selection of Materials:

    This entire procedure will be documented in our package, and if applicable, we will also arrange for in-person review. We will take charge of sourcing all the finishing materials, ranging from millwork and fixtures to plumbing, tile, doors, trim, and more. Additionally, we’ll handle the selection of soft materials like window treatments, furniture, and decor. Rest assured, we’ll leave no stone unturned, ensuring a streamlined and simplified selection process for your final project.

    Breakdown of Expenses:

    While we’ll supply you with a comprehensive itemized list, please be aware that certain renovation costs, including labour and materials, may necessitate an additional quote before proceeding to ensure alignment with your budget expectations.

    Ordering & Item List:

    We’re here to help you with the procurement of materials and finishes to ensure they match your anticipated timelines. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that while we make every effort to source materials and products within your specified timeline, recent inventory stock delays have been experienced, which could potentially impact the projected timeline for your project.
